Big Horn Saloon - Party room

The swinging doors alone reveal that this is a Western saloon in true style. It is particularly popular for line dancing evenings, company parties, weddings and birthdays.

A spacious bar with everything you need, up to 80 seats and a dance floor offer the best conditions for every individual occasion. From children's birthday parties to Christmas parties - everything is possible. Are you interested?

- A large bouncy castle can also be booked (80€ for the day of the event)
- A riding program can be booked additionally (individual arrangement)
- We are happy to put you in touch with catering and drinks service providers
- The terrace and barbecue area can also be used.
- All additional costs for electricity, water, towels, etc. are included in the rental price.
- You can accommodate your guests in our beautiful ranch houses (rentable, not included)
- Use our large parking lot
- Pets allowed
- Use our huge children's playground


Rental conditions:
- Pool use is NOT permitted
- Celebrations after midnight are to be held indoors with the doors closed (for the sake of the neighbors).
- Entering the stables / paddocks / paddocks is only permitted if the rules of conduct are observed.
- Feeding any animals is strictly forbidden and will result in veterinary costs in the event of non-compliance.
- Parents are liable for their children


Setting up the decorations/preparations:
This can be done the day before the booking from 16°° (regardless of the check-in confirmation of our system).
If more time is required, you can book additional days at € 50.00 each

Dismantling/cleaning up:
Check-out is the following day by 14°° at the latest. Everything must be left swept clean, tidy and clean (incl. toilets/kitchen).
If more time is necessary, you can book additional days a 50,00 €

Security deposit:
A security deposit of 200,00 € will be blocked on your credit card 1 day before arrival.
This deposit will be released on departure after the rental property has been returned in perfect condition and the keys have been handed over. The rental property must be returned swept clean and all objects/accessories should be in their original place.
